I’m trying the bank feed option for the first time and signed up for an account, installed the extension ok but get the error basiq user id no found on my free desktop version of manager.io … I just downloaded the latest manager.io version too. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks
Can you show some screenshot where you get this error? I need to see the context.
I cleared my browser cache and switched off my vpn and it worked… so I’m not sure which one did the trick! Thanks for your prompt reply
I did come across another couple of issues when trying to connect to my other bank accounts.

Bendigo Bank - they are trustee of a trust account and the connection said “you don’t have any eligible data to share with Basiq” see attached.

Another trust account with Defence Bank and the one time authorization code did not come through so I couldn’t finish connecting. Thanks
I had similar issues with that big yellow diamond bank and trust accounts. You need to check with the bank on the bank side that you have data sharing rights to be able to share that account with basiq. Commbank required 2 directors to sign to delegate data sharing rights to a director then that director was then able to see the list of accounts in basiq. As your message says - contact the bank!

Well I did ring the bank and they turned on sharing for me and it connected with the bank and the accounts but now when I go to the Bank Account Tab and click on Aussie bank feeds button after installing it just takes me back to this screen attached… it doesn’t connect to manager.io file
Another question - I have 3 businesses with 3 different manager files - should I setup an email for each file or can I have the one for the bank feed?

I’ve got it working for two banks but the 3rd bendigo bank connects successfully with the bank and downloads the transaction but the sync button is greyed out… Any tips to sync would be welcome. Thanks
