Expense claim question

You completely misunderstood the points being made due to your absolute fixation that somehow the Xero process is faultless and that Manger is fundamentally flawed.

I put it to you that there are more users leaving Xero and coming to Manager then leaving Manager and going to Xero and that is not because it is fundamentally flawed. But they do have the flexibility to adapt, a bit like switching from an automatic to a manual automobile, you still get from a to b but just via a different process.

If XERO was so perfect with its "multi-currency auto import and the PayPal transactions pulled automatically from multiple of my accounts (+ this expense claim thing) - WHY did you leave ?

I can make very valid assumptions on that answer !!

I have never said your software had a flaw, simply that in my own logic it just did not fit and used the word “weird” but not “flawed”.
The reason I had Xero on pause was because I had a bad sickness this year which created a big monetary loss due to the incapacity to do my job and I wanted to be bring certain expenses down. I reactivated my account because I simply cannot live without the below features:

-I like to send a nice receipt from my accounting software after a paypal purchase automatically.
-Have my currency rates automatically updated
-Have the possiblity to send licensing agreements automatically after a purchase
-Get the software to download all my statements automatically
-Be able to connect APIs rapidly with different solutions.
and many more, the list is big.

Yes I do agree that a lot of people are leaving Xero, not because of the software itself which is still one of the best out there but because of the pricey membership that keeps going up and up because due to the exchange rate as they always charge in USD.

Just take my comment as a feedback and not as an attack please, your software is still great but not for my type of business unfortunately. It took me months of trial to realise that when I started to regain more sales…no automation = more work from my side, all had to be sent by hand…receipts, invoices and licenses.
