That is not how you should download. Download from the main Download page: Download | Manager. After installation, choose Arabic according to instructions in the Guide: Set language | Manager.
@Tut those are language-specific landing pages for download and they point to the same versions. I just noticed the download links have been broken. This has been fixed now.
