Hi, i merely new and need to learn a lot more. My situation is i made a loan with a friend and brought the money to my company, and i make repayment monthly to my friend using company’s cash. Where should it goes in the manager? Thanks for the help
First go to Settings > Chart of Accounts and create Balance Sheet > Liability called “Loan”.
Use Receive Money to bank the money brought into the company using “Loan” account.
Use Spend Money for the repayments, also using the “Loan” account.
