In my opinion a better way of achieving the same goal would be:

Attachment adding or deleting via the existing transaction edit screen

Adding an “Undo” facility in Manager probably implemented as part of the audit trail planned enhancements
On a perhaps separate issue but same title, the attachment tab batch delete should be replaced by a batch move which down loads all attachments to a specified local directory prior to deleting. There is some discussion of the concepts here Attachments File Management Idea
