A customer requested for a report how much did their company paid for the whole year. A report that shows number and amount of the invoice.
To print customer statement for entire year:
- Go to
Reports
tab - Click
Customer Statements
(if you don’t see this report, clickCustomize
button) - On customer statements screen select
Transactions
as statement type, then enter date range and clickNext
This will prepare customer statements for all your customers, click View
on customer which you need it for.

It would be helpful to have a Customer Transaction Report that includes the check #s and check dates from the receipts, not just a receipt number. That would help them to be able to track better than a just receipt number during the course of the year.
