You will need to expand, what are you trying to account for - buying, expenses, employee contribution ???
I came here thinking there could be something interesting (as it could relate to my circumstances), but without knowing what you want to “account” for this is very vague.
Why don’t you start reading about fixed assets: Purchase fixed assets | Manager. That topic will apply if you are purchasing the vehicles. If you are asking about reimbursement of employees for driving their own vehicles, red about expense claims: Use expense claims | Manager. If you have other questions, you will need to be specific.
