I’ve read through all the various threads on retrieving / resetting an Administrator password but I cannot find the answer. I am the administrator for https://muds.manager.io and cannot reset the password.
to manage your cloud edition including the ability to change administrator password for your site, you need to go to Cloud Edition | Manager and click Management Console button.
