chatbot was ever been a help but today no working, why ?
Can anyone help: the chat bot is no longer working. It use to be a very useful tool to navigate issues with Manager. Unless I am the only one who can’t use the chat bot.
I also cannot get the Chatbot working and have assigned your post to bugs.

The chatbot has not been working for me for the past few days as well.

I am unable to access the chatbot. I have tried multiple times, to no avail. It continues to think, then I receive a blank answer box after several minutes.
I have tried downloading the latest update, but that fails as well. My computer’s download folder indicates that the entire file Windows 64x (v.26.8.4.3664) could not be saved because the source file could not be read.
I have had some recent problems with my laptop; however, I have used the earlier desktop version of Manager software on it since October 2025 and have been impressed with it for the most part. Previously, the chatbot has been extremely helpful as I learn the system. Now I’m stuck and could use some help.
Not working for me either - showing a 404 Page not Found error page.
As a newbie to Manager I found the chatbot incredibly helpful. Fingers crossed it finds it’s way back.
Try ChatGPT or Gemini.

Mine still isn’t working for me… The main menus chatbot has gone. The forum chatbot isn’t working for me. 1. Any general guides? 2. Can anyone explain the "persona’ and "Model"options? I’m a desktop user. Thanks for any help.

It also appears the option to use the AI chat has been sadly removed
You may find the Chat bot is unnecessary if you ask the same question using Gemini or Chat GPT and refer to Manager.io
