If the start up or paid capital is 10 k allocated in equity as capital.
Owner withdraw 10k, should we withdraw from equity capital or withdraw from liability owner’s drawing which means owner owing to company. Thanks
That depends. Is he withdrawing as a loan, and will he pay that amount back? Or he is taking his share out.
Maybe speak to your accountant also in relation to answer of @shahabb This is not really a question about you could record this in Manager but more an accounting question and other fora could be much more useful for such enquiry.
