I can’t able to find Bank accounts menu…Also
How we can create login screen- user / password for the desktop version.( only one user)

you can not create user/password in desktop version.

reasoning is that you should password protect access to your windows/MacOS/linux/*BSD account. Additional layer of security will not be that good, as anyone who have access to your unlocked computer will be able to get password for manager (e.g. via keylogger install).

Also this is feature of server edition - if you need it badly, you can purchase it.
