I buy fuel medecine etc. with company credid card. Where and under what do I enter this.

First, the credit card must be created as an account under the Cash Accounts tab. You can leave it as an asset account, remembering that it will function as a contra account. Or, you can create a custom control account for short-term credit liabilities and assign the credit card account to it, so it will appear under liabilities on the balance sheet.
To record purchases, Spend Money following the Guide at Spending money in cash account.
