Batch Printing PDF - For All Purchase / Sale monthly invoices

Hello Everyone,

I have a question related to - Batch Printing PDF

We have to share PDF for all Purchase / Sale monthly invoices wit our CA office for their use. How can we bulk print invoices as PDF (separate .PDF invoices is recommended from their side)

Please help, thank you!

Yes, of course you can, go to the sales invoice or purchase invoice module, then scroll to the bottom to the batch operation option:

and you choose to view in batch.

Then select the documents you want to view, then print, print to PDF and you’re done.
