Bank account does not appear on Summary

Hi everyone,

we dont see bank account label on Manager.
I want to choose the bank and see the account activities. Could u please help this issue?

You can add the Bank & Cash accounts tab by clicking “Customise”.

Thank you AJD. Actually we have also bank acoount but its lost. we dont reached data of bank account.

Was the missing bank account created in the Bank accounts tab, or in settings-> Chart of Accounts?

That is why it does not appear in the bank accounts tab.

It will be listed in the Summary screen where you can click on the blue balance amount next to it to see the transactions.

You will need to create the account in the Bank accounts tab as per the Guide reference quoted by @Patch.

Then you will need to create anew, all the transactions again using Receipts and Payments and maybe Inter account transfers.

Then delete all the old transactions in the old account (journals I suspect). I hope there is not too many!
