this is not possible. the tax on purchase is considered to be availed as an input tax credit. so only the basic price of the inventory item is considered as the average price.
if you do not claim the input tax credit, then you need not select any tax code when entering the purchase invoice. just enter the item cost including the taxes. this will show the average cost which includes the taxes.
