The Sales Invoices doesn’t have any background processing capabilities which could be used for commission calculations, which I am assuming are % based. If it’s a fixed fee, then there could be an option.
Otherwise, depending on the number of Agents you have. You could allocate each agent a Tracking Code and record all sale Invoices to relevant Tracking Code. Then you can do a monthly report and calculate commission from there.
You definitely do not want to add commissions using a tax code. There will be all sorts of automatic processing that will lead to trouble.
