I am a psychotherapist in private practice. I like doing my own accounting. I am definitely not an expert in accounting, but I learned how to account for my income and expenses for a sole proprietorship by using desktop QuickBooks from 2008 to 2022. I am using Manager, because I refuse to spend hundreds of dollars per year for a QuickBooks subscription, which is the only way one can access it now. I appreciate the spirit I have observed in the Manager community and am thankful to the person programming it!
