Zero balance customer

Hi, Please apply proper pagination as it shows zero balance customers in Beauty Brands Company — Accounts receivable, which is not good.

same applies in other important areas,

  1. Major issue is in Inventory Quantity Summary, here you made sales and purchases clickable and can be seen details, please also make opening balance clickable as well and show details.

Thanks

You need to illustrate whatever you are referring to with screen shots. You said, “… it shows zero balance….” What shows zero balance? And what does the Inventory Quantity Summary have to do with zero balances and pagination?

ZERO BALANCE CUTOMER IS DIFFERENT ISSUE, WHILE POINT TWO IS DIFFERENT
2. Major issue is in Inventory Quantity Summary, here you made sales and purchases clickable and can be seen details, please also make opening balance clickable as well and show details.

First, please do not combine discussion of multiple topics in a single post. When you do that, we do not know what your screen shots or comments apply to.

Second, when you include a screen shot, include all of it so we know where it is from. Your screen shot appears to be a drill-down from the Summary page on the Accounts receivable balance. Is that correct? If so, the page shows the balance of every customer. Customers are subsidiary ledgers of Accounts receivable, so all are shown, including those with zero balances. Knowing which customers do not owe you money is just as important as knowing which ones do.

By the way, this has nothing to do with pagination. Pagination is controlled by selecting the number of records to be displayed at the bottom of the window:

The Inventory Quantity Summary reports changes during the defined period. If you want to know details of transactions from earlier, define a different date range. You can also obtain information from earlier dates by drilling down on quantities in the Inventory Items tab.

thanks for kind words
