I haven’t set any exchange rate for SGD yet; but it calculates with some amount. Where does it come from?

Similar question - my base currency is $NZD but I have some transactions in $AUD and Manager is assigning what appears to be an inaccurate conversion rate.
I believe Manager comes with some default exchange rates, but they’re not supposed to be relied upon. You’re supposed to add them manually in Settings > Exchange Rates.
This (along with many other things) really should be discussed in more detail in the Guides. I’ve found that Lubos’s forum replies tend to be a far more detailed source of information than the guide.
