When we select to send email we get this view:
But, if the number of characters of the name of the attached file exceeds 76, then the screen is not adjusted properly (nor the name of the file itself by expanding to a second row being adjusted to the screen):
The same result occurs when the Description of the (for example) Purchase Order exceeds the above number of characters.
Of course, it is not something vital (in any case, we can reduce the filename of attachments -or live with it-), but I think that it is not an intended behavior (considering for example, max path/filename limit of ~256 characters for Windows).
