QR code, invalid the VAT number shows as zeros
In Business Details, the Tax Registration Number field has disappeared for Phase II
For Phase I companies the field is present and the QR works fine
In Phase II, the Tax Registration Number (TRN) from the old custom field is not required and has never been used in either older or newer versions of Manager.
If you are still operating under Phase I, the ZATCA Extension will require you to enter the Tax Registration Number once when generating the QR code, and this value will be used to create the Phase I QR code.
From the Business Details form, you are already using Phase II, but from scanning the QR image, maybe you are showing a Phase I QR code?.
For Phase II, an invoice cannot be accepted by the server if the Seller’s Tax Registration Number (TRN) is incorrect. Without a valid Seller TRN, the invoice will be rejected by the server, and it will not be possible to generate a QR code on the invoice.
I didn’t got your point , for costomer it doesn’t matter if TRN required ot not
But what is importance is to appear right when scanning
