Can we add columns in each section where we can see users, like who did what?

No, you can not.
eko is correct but this may be of assistance for one could utilise ‘History’ (button top right) and you could search for something specific. If you wanted to find out who did what with for example on an invoice you could make all the records visible (see bottom left buttons) and on windows press Control+F to bring up search and search for the invoice number. This would show who was logged in when taking any action with the invoice eg who created and amended it (and what was amended).
Click on History for that record, which is in the bottom right corner.
This can not be shown as a column as may users may have changed that record in many different ways
bottom right on each transaction history button is not working on restricted user, if we can give access to restricted for that history would be the solution.
Giving access to History to restricted users is the same as giving htem admin rigts and therefore will not be an option.
