Unsupported file type

When trying to save ‘backup’ to Google Drive I get the message unsupported file type? The actual file is saved but I cannot get it to open Manager

I’m not sure what exactly is being done here, or what type of file is involved.

Please provide screenshots showing the full screen where the error message apears as well as the file in question with its name and extension both showing.

Also, please provide the following information:

  1. Edition and Version of Manager
  2. OS used

Usually, your backup is downloaded which should be in download folder in your device, unless otherwise. You can then copy or move the file anywhere you want.

This is a compressed package containing Yo Encuentro 2025.manager file.

First you need to uncompress the .tar file and then you can use its contents.
