Unclear Printout

We are experiencing an issue with the clarity of our printouts. Some invoices and documents generated from Manager.io are coming out faint and unclear, and our customers have been complaining about the quality.

We have previously raised this issue and were informed that it may not be from Manager.io. However, the problem still persists.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or can anyone suggest what might be causing it and how we can resolve it?

Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@Asus Faint printouts in Manager.io are almost always caused by custom CSS styling, browser settings, or printer driver defaults.

  • Fix Custom Theme CSS: Go to Settings > Themes and edit your active theme. Update light gray text values to pure black (#000000). You can force crisp black printouts by adding this to your theme:

  • Enable Background Graphics: In your browser’s print preview window, open More Settings and check Background graphics.

  • Print via PDF: Click Manager’s built-in PDF button, open the file in Adobe Reader, and print from there instead of directly from the browser.

  • Disable Toner Save: In your printer settings, turn off Draft Mode, EconoMode, or Toner Saver. Ensure quality is set to 600 DPI or higher.
