# Unable to open manager from pendrive

Screen shot the directory containing the files you moved to the pen drive.

To do this in Windows

1. Select the window containing the relevant information

2. Press \< alt \> key together with the \< print screen \> key

3. Open the “Paint” application

4. Select “Paste” to paste the screen shot

5. Click on the “Select” button

6. Use the mouse to select the part of the screen shot containing useful information

7. Click on the “Crop” button to reduce the screen shot to only the relevant part

8. Paint over any private information (solid rectangle or free hand)

9. Use the drop down menu (top left corner) to select: “Save as” → “Jpeg picture”

10. Give it a name and save it somewhere you can find

11. In the Manager forum post the image using the upload button
