Ik regel vanuit Nederland de administratie van een lagere school.
Ik zou MANAGER willen downloaden voor de school en hen via mijn MANAGER reports willen toezenden die dan kunnen worden gedownload in hun Manager.
Aantal keren geprobeerd maar de verzending is steeds via PDF terwijl ik toch in de E-mail settings Plain Text aanvink.
Is voor mijn probleem een oplossing ?

the forum language is English only.
to answer your question, the Plain Text and HTML options under Email Settings are for the body of your email where you type the contents of your email. the setting is not for the documents attached to emails. the attachments are always in PDF.
