i wanna transfaire between 2 stores in one project , what i should do ?!

I presume you are referring to inventory locations, because there is no such thing as a “store” in Manager.
You should use an inventory transfer. But you cannot designate projects for inventory transfers, because assets do not belong to a project, and an inventory item is an asset. Projects collect income and costs. So the sale of an inventory item can be assigned to a project, but not its transfer from one location to another.
You are right that assets including inventory belong to a business and not a project but can be used by projects. In international organizations that have many projects donors mostly fund projects rather than the organization but the agreements are always with the organization as the legal entity and is also the legal registrant with the banks.
Where I think that flexibility needs to be build in Manager is the allocation of use of these assets not their disposal, sales, depreciation, etc, but the location which could be a virtual such as Project A and Project B or fysical such as Store 1 and Store 2. This would greatly help all those managing small, medium and large projects as it is important for them to track their usage with each project and the availability to each project, especially as project managers often create the POs and should be restricted in what they can ask for. I hope this will be considered for implementation.
