This forum is used by many people who’s first language is not English or use computer translation to read and write posts. I think you will find most forum users are understanding of this fact.
Managers documentation / Guides are all in English so that maybe a disadvantage for you.
So far your support requests have been very general, which suggest you are just starting out. What stage are you at? Playing with a test business and looking at the guide table of contents is often a good way to start.
