Third party data import - Customers

I do have a program called Stone Edge Manager, wich allows me to export my customers data to a csv file. However i don’t find a way to import that file to Manager.io
I do go to Customers tab, but there is no option. Is this possible?

Enter a range of test data manually
Use Batch update to see exactly how that data could have been entered
Use Batch create to actually enter your data
