Theme Enhancer

An AI-powered tool that helps you customize how your Manager.io documents look (invoices, quotes, orders, receipts). Simply describe what you want in plain English, and the AI will modify your document’s appearance.

Quick Start

1. Click View button on any invoice

   

2. Click Theme Enhancer button.

   

3. Follow the prompts

Example Requests

• “Change the header color to navy blue”
• “Add my company logo to the top right”
• “Make the invoice total larger and bold”
• “Include payment terms at the bottom”
• “Add a thank you message”

Tips

• Be specific about what you want
• Use Undo button to undo changes
• Make one change at a time to see results

hi. i’ve updated the desktop version to the last avialable revision.
i’ve an issue:
1 - it visualize the theme enhancer like this:

Basically unreadable. what can i do?

2 - it only shows on the invoice view, not on any other template like quotes, orders etc…

3 - the modification i made on the invoice ( i finally was able to insert a prefix to the number!) is printed correctly but is not reflecting in the general view of invoices

any help?

I see. I must avoid popups within popups otherwise too much text will result in this issue.

only invoices are supported at this time. I just want to make sure it works well before rolling it out universally.

That’s because theme enhancer is only dealing with the look of invoices. Whatever you do within the theme will be isolated to that theme only. Theme cannot alter anything else.

Also i think the main Enhancer pop should be full size instead of such a little portion, it wpould make it better visible,

That’s because theme enhancer is only dealing with the look of invoices. Whatever you do within the theme will be isolated to that theme only. Theme cannot alter anything else.

Oh ok… not a big deal actually. I’m already happy that i can format the number the way i need it.
