Where can the tax number be added to the program?

I blame education system differences. Some are based on experts telling how to solve a problem while others develop critical thinking skills that allow learners to approach problems or questions they did not see before and still find a way to the answer(s).
The rote approach is to ask on this forum for a solution, such as “…where can the tax code be added to the program…” and in this case, I showed @mgaber how to do so. So as long as others provide the answers the problem will be resolved. However, assume that they don’t then the user is stuck. Therefore the advice is to try in the future to prevent asking for solutions and find ways to figure it out such as searching the forum, reading the guides. etc.
Sure, being told how and what is always quicker, but from a problem-solving perspective is vulnerable because you depend on others for answers rather than figuring it out.
