Starting balance dissapear

I already have cash and bank accounts, but when I try to set the starting balance, my cash and bank accounts disappear. How can I show them?

Can you please share more information:

1. Edition and Version of Manager

2. A full screenshot illustrating how you are entering starting balances

3. A full screenshot of the page where these bank accounts are missing
