# Software not open

My desktop version is not opening. I am using since fro last three years but it firt taking a long time and now not responding.

We need to know the following:

1. Edition of Manager (i.e. Desktop vs Server)
2. Version of Manager
3. Your operating system

I change nothing. It opens but after taking too much time and some time not.

Manager X 64

Windows 11

With all due respect, something must have changed - either a new version of Manager or an update to Microsoft Windows

Is Manager the only application with a problem?

It could be a problem with the hard disk or other hardware

Make sure you have a backup of your Manager files

hello, i have a similar problem on MacBook intel  
i use the desktop version, i downloaded the last available version and i receive an error

it basically says that hes not able to open “manager server”… but im on desktop version… any idea?
