I shall shortly have to print the year’s entries in full. Is there any way of reducing the font size, so that I do not use multiple pages. The present reports are large font and double spaced, which makes for easy reading but wastes paper
Sorry, this is not currently possible.
Here’s a suggestion: When you print, use the Printing Preferences options to format your output as 2 pages per sheet or “2-Up”. You’ll get exactly what you want: same information in a smaller font, on half as much paper.
This would come from your OS or from your printer driver, so it may look different for you, but here’s what the option looks like for me on Windows with the Adobe Acrobat:
