My company have used the free desktop version of the manager software, and we are happy with its performance so far. we want the server edition but after downloading it from the website and configured our webserver, the installation has turn not to be responsive. can someone help as to the way forward or may be a working server edition file.
If you are going to use the server edition you will need IT expertise to install, configure and administer it
In the absence of such expertise, the cloud edition might be a better fit
