serial invoice must closed in the end of year and start new serial from1 at a new year

You cannot do that, because it would be illegal in jurisdictions that require continuous sequence numbers.
What you can do is include a year number at the beginning of your references. So, start this year’s invoices with 210001. The next automatic number will be 210002. Next year, manually edit the first invoice to be 220001. The next automatic number will be 220002. Make sure you include enough digits to cover all the invoices you are likely to have in one year, or you will move to next year’s numbers before this year is over.
This scheme will work until 2099, but that is probably long enough for you.
