I run the server version of Manager (25.11.1.3085). I found it just now that the feature of sending email for pay slip does not work as usual. When i clicked the email button, there’s no pop-up windows appearing to fill the recipient’s address and click the send button. I’ve taken a screen recording of this issue, unfortunately I can’t upload it here.
I’ve tried sending out the test email from setting area. It worked well. Therefore, I think there’s no problem with the username and password for the smtp setting.
Please, can anyone help me with this issue? Is it something related to Manager or our hosting service?

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce your issue.
You can either upload to your youtube and share the link or save it as an animated image or gif and post it directly.
If I may take a wild guess, I think the issue here could be – and I could be wrong – with the PDF file generation because it’s now done online using an external service.
Usually, it doesn’t take more than a second but this could depend on your internet speed, the size of your document and whether there are errors in your document.

Are you using Windows 8 or an earlier version?
