Does manager have an option of restricting users from deleting or altering a transaction once it has been created or posted? For example if i have a soda depot and iam using the server version where employees can make a sale and later on delete the transaction. How can can i easily trace the deleted or altered transaction. Thanks

there is an audit trial but it’s not very complete. if you have the server version you better setup a good backup policy

You can also limit users’ permissions. Have you read the Guide: [Manager Cloud](https://guides.manager.io/9162)? The permissions structure is not as fine-grained as some would like. Another possibility is to frequently set a lock date. See [Manager Cloud](https://guides.manager.io/5510).
