how i can generate the sales report with the following format
ROW= Month
Column= customer name- Product code-sold QTY
| Month | JAN 2022 | FEB 2022 | MARCH 2022 |
|---|---|---|---|
| customer A | 100 | 100 | 50 |
| Custome B | 0 | 50 | 100 |

Your example does not match your request.
It is unclear what you want it defies table logic. You show:
- 4 columns: Month, Jan 2022, Feb 2022, March 2022
- 2 rows: Customer A and Customer B with their data for the other 3 columns
As such the Month column (it is not a row as should state) should really be called Customer. Furthermore you seem to want more data such as Product code and Qty Sold, which I guess would be for each customer row. Even with this limited breakdown and understanding I am not able to help you.
we are using TIMICS 2000 over 16 years supported with Brio software ( Hyprion) to generate reports specially for sales, Since 15 March 2022 we are working with Manager Software the free edition before we upgrade it to Server edition.
we found every thing is perfect specially in the reports side.
but we need the DSR,MSR & YTD these reports its not easy to generated in Manager as our little experience on it.
we need to do a report showing us the monthly QTY sold by customer for inventory items.
