# Sales Quote custom theme fails to generate PDF on Manager Cloud 26.9.1.0

Hello,

I am using Manager Cloud version 26.9.1.0.

I am trying to use a custom theme for Sales Quotes.

The custom theme works correctly when viewing the Sales Quote on screen. However, when I click the PDF/Download PDF option, Manager fails with:

“Unable to load quotation”

“Failed to execute ‘fetch’ on ‘Window’: Failed to parse URL from /api4/view-v1”

I have tested this extensively and found the following:

1. A custom theme works correctly for Sales Invoices and generates a PDF successfully.

2. The same custom theme framework and the same /api4/view-v1 fetch method fails when used on a Sales Quote.

3. I tested a very simple diagnostic theme and the Sales Quote PDF renderer reports that the current URL is:  
about:blank

4. The error occurs even with a minimal theme, before any custom CSS or quotation layout is involved.

5. The standard/modern built-in Sales Quote PDF works correctly.

This makes me suspect that the Sales Quote PDF rendering process is not providing a valid base URL/context for /api4/view-v1.

Could someone please confirm whether custom Sales Quote themes are currently supported on Manager Cloud 26.9.1.0 and whether there is a Sales Quote-specific theme configuration or endpoint that should be used?

I can provide the complete custom theme code and screenshots/PDF error output if required.
