Happens when?

Have you tried updating to the latest version (21.6.19 at the time of writing)?

What edition - Cloud, Server or Desktop?

No, I didn’t try to update.

it’s a server edition on windows.

@Mohsen_Badrani, you did not answer @Joe91’s most important question. When does this happen? Exactly what triggers the error? And may we assume from your subject that you have other businesses where you can do the same thing without any problems?

You are right I do have other businesses and they are all good except this business!

That is impossible. Nothing happens spontaneously in Manager. You did something—created a sales quote, entered a value in some field, tried to send an email.

Updating is always recommended. The program is already at v21.6.25.

@Mohsen_Badrani upgrade to the latest version and see if the error persists. I’m pretty sure this has been already fixed a few days ago.
