Do we have to eke out the information requested word by word ?

If possible, post screen shots illustrating the problem.

You really need to be more forthcoming with information if you need help Eni. It’s really difficult to give advice with the small amount of info. you have given. It’s like going to your garage with your car and just saying your car is not working!. Illustrate your problem the best you can,
