Sales Invoice Submitted Status

Dear Team,

For sales invoice submit to client status can view in this manager software ?

ex : sales invoice generated in manager software and not submitted to client office. so status shows invoice not yet submitted. and submitted invoice shows submitted .

Manager software records only what has happened within it. It does not record what you may or may not have done with the result. So, if you print a sales invoice but never mail it, that is unknown to the software. However, if you email the invoice from within the program, that is a separate action. So it is recorded in the Emails file.

If you want a visible submittal status, create a custom field set up to show as a column. Enter the status there. It will display on the Sales Invoice tab listing.
