We are using the server edition. Our server crashed, and we were able to retrieve the file. Unfortunately, when we tried to upload it to Manager.io Cloud edition, it said “invalid database.” Can someone assist?
You can move the business data folder to another computer and install the Server Edition there.
Start the server using the data path where you stored your business data, then create a backup from Manager.
After that, you can import the backup file into the Cloud Edition.
