[Request] Private and public settings for Advanced Search, Reports and Summary tab

I tried to search for this but couldn’t find a similar post. I’m suggesting that a feature be added to allow for private/public settings when creating the following:

  • Advanced Search
  • Reports
  • Summary tab settings

There should be a checkbox when creating/editing these 3 features to allow all users to view them after creation, otherwise it’s limited to the user that created them.

Having shared Advanced Search, Reports and Summary creates clutter and issues when collaborating. For example, the CFO might only want the Summary to show fully grouped view for YTD, but the bookkeeper working on the data might want fully expanded view for the month. Also, if multiple users have update permission to Reports, then everyone needs to check that the report setting hasn’t been altered by another user, every single time.
