I would appreciate if you could make small portion for Revision on Quotation, Invoices or any other reference so that the referencing will still be in order. without it our Reference will be scattered and its hard to recognized especially if we pre-save a reference number

Why not create a Custom Field.
Personally I would do something even simpler: I would just use the description field.
Another tip to help you keep track of revisions is to make edits on a single Quote and attach a printout of each version with timestamps.
To restore a past version you can simply use History.
Like this one, there is no column for Revision so I just make it after each reference but it won’t be in order anymore coz the system i think will read on the date or the last character of the reference i wish there would be column for revision alone
