Hi,
we have follow the same procedure, and you may check below that we have got clear message as well. but it is still not reported to fatoora portal. As per zatca, there is nothing received from us.
Check on which environment your integration is.
Only Production is recorded by the Zatca Portal. PreProduction (Sandbox) and Simulation are only for testing.
From the report you showed, you need to check your Customer data.
Never send data with a warning to the portal, or you will receive a clarification letter from Zatca later on.
And to better understand what Zatca eInvoice is, it is advisable to read the guidelines provided by Zatca.
