Manager is distributed from a common source for all operating systems, providing better control.
This is not a disadvantage, but it would push the awareness of the app.
Appimagehub is open to all distributions, which makes it easy to use on all systems.
I thought it might be a good idea, since i sometimes find pretty great new apps there, like Simplenote, Minetime, etc.
