I am unable to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of manager. The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable is the pop up i get.
Then you are doing something incorrectly. If you access the internet, you can download the program. What operating system are you using?
program is getting downloaded. the problem rises when installing the program. the os I am using is windows 10.home .
The problem is with Windows rather then Manager, search the internet using the above string. One result is
