Receipt Tab

I am new to this platform and having trouble with the Receipt tab

I do cash sales/receipts at various locations. I want the cash receipts to default to a cash account in each location. I have set up a cash account for each of the outlets, however cash receipts default to the Control “Cash on hand” account on the balance sheet.

How do I get theme to appear on separate line items on the balance sheet?

And I do not know how to get the individual Cash Accounts I created into the “Received in” drop down panel

Please help

Use Diffrent Control Accounts for each cash account

@Omnipotent.inc is correct. Instructions on how to report individual accounts on the balance sheet have appeared many times in the forum, specifically for bank and cash accounts. Search for them. Also read about custom control accounts: Add custom control accounts | Manager. Understand that Cash on hand is the default control account for all cash accounts.

Getting the accounts to show in the dropdown box requires that you create them first. See Set up a cash account | Manager.
